The ICS Decoder is a addon device for the iCopy-XS. Together with the iCopy-XS you will be able to clone ICS and create a new card or fob with legacy acceptance. It is the first device to accomplish the task of reading and being able to reproduce a working ICS.

NOTE:
The exploit is only available for I-CLASS Readers with configuration-enabled legacy card acceptance.
NOTE: This exploit will not apply to all I-CLASS SE Reader.
NOTE: Upgrade iCopy-XS firmware to 1.0.84
The ICS Decoder will only work on systems that are configured to accept legacy cards, fobs or tags. This is the Default configuarion.
This method will not work on all readers. We have a success rate of approximately 80 to 90 percent.
To use the
ICS Decoder you require to have the iCopy-XS. It can not be used on its own. And is not compatible with any other cloner.
1) Turn on the iCopy-X and wait for it to load to the main screen.
2) Plug the USB Type-C cable into the Decoder and the other end into the iCopy-X. In under 5 second the Decoder will be detected.
3) Place the original ICS in front of the Decoder. Decoder will beep and provide the CSN, Facity code and Card Number.
4) Disconnect the USB Type-C cable from the iCopy-X
5)Follow the instructions of the iCopy-X and place the correct blank (ICE or ICS) tag on the programmer to write to it.
