We ship to Canada and the US.
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends
and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will
receive another notification when your order has shipped. Our operations
have continued through the COVID-19 virus, but delivery times may be
longer than usual.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat rate shipping to both Canada and the US that can be seen during the checkout process.
Tracking
You
all items will have Tracking that will be issued the day the product ships. It will be provided to you the same day.
Insurance
Each order is insured up to $100. If your items are worth more than this and they are lost or stolen, you will only be able to claim up to the max of $100. Shipping fees are not claimable. If you wish to insure your package for more than the $100 standard, please contact us to make arrangements at team@icopy-x.ca
US Customers
We are not responsible for customs or taxes that may apply when the item enters your country. You will be required to pay any and all of these fee's to receive your item.
Due to the type of product s we are selling, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges
We will consider a exchange or refund for the iCopy-X only under special circumstances. If special circumstances RMA is issued you will not be refunded the shipping fees, and may be charged a restocking fee.
If the packaging is damaged or incomplete we will not be able to do a refund or exchange.
Fobs, Cards, and Tags can not be returned under any circumstance due to some of them being single use products and once used can not be reused again.
If the Packaging arrives damaged you need to document by taking pictures and forward them to support@iCopy-X.ca
If a exchange is issued, you will be responsible for the shipping fee's to and from.
If a item is returned to us because it was undelivered with no error on our end, or you put the wrong address. We will refund you the item price, minus the shipping fee's.
All items are tested before they are shipped. Item comes with a 90 day manufacturer warranty. You must contact the manufacturer at https://icopy-x.com and provide proof of purchase and serial number and they will instruct you on how to proceed.
