We are providing a custom microSD card backup of your iCopy-XS on a physical microSD card with your unique serial. We will generate the microSD card from the serial number you provide and it will only work on the icopy-xs with the same serial number.
If your microSD card is corrupted, we are able to make you a new one. Some signs that a microSD card is Bad or Corrupted is the Boot Time Error on start up. Keep in mind, Boot Time Error can mean other things as well.
By providing us your name, email, serial # and payment we will be able to generate a new microSD card for you.
The microSD card we will provide is a high quality card, we can not guarantee what the manufacturer of the card will be because of availability limitations.
*Installing the microSD card requires disassembly of your iCopy-XS, and by purchasing one, you the customer will accept full responsibility if you damage your unit. We are selling the card on a as is, final sale basis because it is software and can be copied, this means they are not returnable for any reason. Including if it does not solve the issue you are having with your unit. No refunds, No exceptions.
Once you receive your card your are free to make your own backup if you have the knowledge, so you will be able to create another if your unit gets corrupted again.
